Calligraphy by CT is looking to hire a virtual assistant to help organize and onboard clients during wedding season.
Hours will begin at 5-6 hours a week and will ramp up as inquiries increase.

I need someone to manage an inbox and respond in a timely manner to potential clients looking to have services done. I also need someone to create graphics in Canva, add Etsy listings to my shop, pin listings to Pinterest and post IG stories and reels… Ability to author blogposts is a plus. I realize the creative and admin positions may end up having to be more than one person (so no worries if you don’t hit all of the criteria below), but I’d love to find a jack of all trades as well!

Required Qualifications:

• Must have access to a computer, this is great work from home position

• Skilled in Google Workspace, Canva and Etsy environment

• Airtable experience a plus

• Must be flexible and able to work during the MORNING hours with Central timezone 9A-Noon 2 days a week (will increase as season goes on)

• Strong computer skills. Ability to utilize standard software

• High attention to details and level of accuracy

• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary

• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills

• Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Desire to work in fast-paced environment
